Recently the province indicated that since the June 2023 waitlist report, they have removed 4,200 people from the waitlist because their MSI numbers were not valid.
The Health Authority sent emails to people who were removed from the list. They have since admitted that some people were removed in error.

If you discover you were removed in error, please call 811 to have your name added again; the Health Authority has indicated you will not lose your place.
If your MSI card has expired, you can visit MSI online or call 902-496-7008 to renew. You can then contact 811 to have your profile on the registry updated.
