Encounter Church of The Salvation Army and Halifax Regional Police are looking for school supply donations for this year’s back to school supply assistance program.
2022 School Supply Drive requests:

- pens (blue/black)
- rulers
- scissors
- paper/loose leaf
- dividers
- scribblers/notebooks
- pencil sharpeners
- erasers
- water bottles
- tupperware
- liquid glue
- glue sticks
- math sets
- calculators
- pencil cases
- highlighters
- crayons
They will be in the Staples parking lot located at Dartmouth Crossing on Thursday August 25th (26th rain date) to collect school supplies for the communities of Bedford, Sackville, and Dartmouth.
Everyone is encouraged to head to the site and check out the police car – kids can get in! There will be free drinks, treats, and a couple of dinosaurs and other animals roaming around. You will also receive a free entry for the draw of a blow-up unicorn sprinkler.
