Here in Nova Scotia, it pays to hire a recent graduate. The Graduate to Opportunity Program pays 25 percent of a recent grad’s first year-salary, and 12.5 percent the second year.
If you’re running a small business, a start-up company a social enterprise, a not-for-profit or a registered charity, your business may be eligible for the program.
