Lieutenant-Governor’s Award for Excellence in Nova Scotia Wines
The 2024 Lieutenant-Governor’s Award for Excellence in Nova Scotia Wines program is now officially open for submissions.

Kelly was elected MLA for Bedford Basin in 2021. She was first elected to the Nova Scotia Legislature in June 2009 as the Member for Bedford - Birch Cove and was re-elected in the 2013 and 2017 elections as the member for Bedford. She is Deputy Leader of the Official Opposition, Chair of the Legislature’s Public Accounts Committee, and Health Critic. She previously served as Deputy Premier and in several cabinet portfolios, including Labour & Advanced Education, Status of Women, Community Services, and Seniors.
